tomyam (fanor) – by aweng

nak resepi tomyam ke…..
aku buat tak la sesedap kedai….
tapi boleh la….. 

bawang putih 3 biji – ketuk
bawang besar kaler putih sebiji – dihiris bulat2..
tomato 2 biji besar diramas
daun limau 1 atau 2
serai 2 (ketuk)
lengkuas 2 hiris
limau nipis 1 biji atau lemon 1/2 biji
lada serbuk 2 sudu besar (agak2 la)
cili padi – 10 biji (agak2 sendiri)
tomyam paste 1 atau 2 paket (ikut suka ko la…ada yg thai paste..adabi ke…kiub knorr ke)
ayam atau seafood atau sayuran (ikut la ko nak masak tomyam apa) 

caranya
rebus ayam atau seafood ko..kalau sayur takyah masukkan dulu. renihkan air aje…
bila ayam dah hampir masak..atau air dah didih…masukkan bawang putih, daun limau, serai, lengkuas, cili padi, lada serbuk,tomyam paste,tomato, limau,
pastu dah didh……masukkan bawang hiris…(aku tak suka bawang ni layu..kalau ko suka layu..ko masukkan sekali dgn yg bahan2 tadi tu)
pastu masukkan garam…gula sikit….ajinamoto kalu nak la….
siap la……
