mee hailam aku khas utk yg pemalas …tapi sodap..tul tak czah..heheh

 

method:

tumis bwh putih (1/2 labu-titik je) sampai naik bau. masukan ayam, lada sulah (lebikan kalo nak pedas2), kiub ayam. biar sampai ayam masak. masukan sotong, udang, air, sos tiram (lebihkan, tapi kalo kuah dah masin ,sbb dah masuk kiub ayam, tambah kicap manis- nak kasi kuah tu gelap), asam keping. biar sampai mask. masukkan telur (agak2 la brape byk).tambah perisa….masuk sayur, carrot, btg celery, ape2sayur la…kalo nak pekat masukkan tepung jagung skit..tapi aku tak berape suka…dah siap…masa nak mkn tu, taburkan bwg goreng , cli jeruk…yummiiiii

 

spegetti tu masa rebus ko letak garam skit tau…
