utk tatapan kaum ibu..
masak lemak ikan pekasam
2 eko ikan pekasam (nak byk pun tak per)
sebijik jantung pisang (potong memanjang)
2 batang serai (ketuk2..campak)
kisar
5 bijik cili padi
2.5 cm kunyit idup
5 bijik bwg merah
5 ulas bwg putih
500 ml santan
garam
1) masak santan..kacau pelan2
2) masuk bhn kisar
3) masuk ikan pekasam n jantung pisang
4) garam
rase dulu baru hidang…
